Top networking professionals and vendors from across the Middle East region gathered last night for the Network Middle East magazine’s eighth annual Network Middle East Innovation Awards.
These awards, held at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai, paid homage to the best networking vendors, professionals and network implementations of 2012 and just 20 hotly contested awards were given out on the night.
Each award was carefully judged by a handful of carefully selected vendor-neutral networking professionals from across the Middle East and beyond.
Highlights of the night included the Networking Professional of the Year Award, which was won by Tariq Al hawi from AECert for his immense contribution to the UAE’s development and progress on the technology front. Al Hawi won the award by a unanimous judges’ decision.
