Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic is the Acting CEO of Help AG, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall growth. Previously serving as Chief Business Officer, he played a pivotal role in shaping the business development strategy, overseeing sales, solution architecture and hyperscalers business.
Dr Valjarevic has successfully enabled organizations to grow revenues, expand into new markets, and adopt innovative technologies. He brings deep expertise spanning network and cloud security, data protection, identity and access management, and managed security services, with a proven track record across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
At the forefront of industry innovation, Dr Valjarevic is leading Help AG’s efforts to secure the digital transformation across the Middle East, from smart cities and digital government to AI and post quantum cryptography, ensuring that strategic initiatives are grounded in strong cybersecurity practices. His leadership continues to position Help AG at the cutting edge of technology while maintaining its reputation as the region’s trusted cybersecurity partner.
Holding a PhD in Computer Science, Dr Valjarevic brings together technical insight and business leadership to guide Help AG’s continued growth in the region.
Frank joined Help AG as Finance Manager in January 2016 and is now positioned as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
In this role he oversees a wide spectrum of finance functions from financial systems to strategic partnering with the senior management team in making decisions affecting company’s growth, operations and improvements in financial reporting.
Frank has been in the accounting and finance industry for over 10 years and is passionate about developing the financial well-being of the company, creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management, which has enabled him as a company executive to formulate actionable plans to achieve the company’s objectives.
Sudhir Menon is the Senior Vice President of Business Marketing at Help AG, where he leads product, portfolio, and service development initiatives across enterprise, government, and SMB segments. He is also responsible for managing strategic alliances and vendor partnerships, driving the success of Help AG’s MSSP and solutions business in the UAE and wider region.
Sudhir’s diverse career spans sales, business development, strategic consulting, digital solutions, and product marketing. He was a founding member of e& enterprise’s (formerly Etisalat Digital) cybersecurity arm and played a central role in integrating Help AG into e& enterprise, laying the foundation for the company’s position as the de facto cybersecurity leader in the Middle East.
Through his strategic vision, Sudhir continues to strengthen Help AG’s market leadership, advancing the company’s ability to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions that anticipate client needs, align with regulatory frameworks, and create long-term value across sectors.
Asim Sharfuddin is the Senior Vice President of Service Operations at Help AG, bringing over 15 years of experience in driving operational excellence and scaling complex technology services. He is responsible for service delivery and operations across the UAE and KSA, ensuring that Help AG’s solutions align with business goals while achieving maximum efficiency and reliability.
With a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU University and a Master’s in IT Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, Asim combines technical depth with operational leadership. Having risen through a series of leadership roles within Help AG, he has been instrumental in building a robust service delivery framework that supports the company’s growth and expansion across the region.
Asim’s leadership has played a critical role in advancing Help AG’s MSSP capabilities, establishing resilient service operations, and strengthening the organization’s reputation as the trusted cybersecurity partner for governments, critical infrastructure, and enterprises in the Middle East.
Girish Dani is the Vice President of Sales at Help AG, where he drives revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, and client engagement for the cybersecurity business across the UAE. He works closely with government, critical infrastructure, and enterprise clients to position Help AG as the partner of choice for end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.
With more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT services, and telecom, Girish has held senior leadership roles at e& UAE, Tech Mahindra, Patni Computer Systems, SecureSynergy, and MiEL e-Security. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), he brings expertise in MSSP frameworks, SOC operations, IT/OT convergence, and cybersecurity advisory across industries including oil and gas, BFSI, telecom, and government.
Girish is passionate about building trusted partnerships, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes. His commitment to strengthening client relationships reinforces Help AG’s reputation as the region’s leading cybersecurity provider.
Nikola Kukoljac is the Vice President of Solutions Architecture at Help AG, where he leads the design, strategy, and development of large-scale IT and cybersecurity projects. With over a decade of experience, he has built a strong track record of creating advanced solutions that mitigate risk, reduce vulnerability, and safeguard critical business services.
Nikola oversees a team dedicated to planning and implementing cutting-edge security architectures for clients across sectors. His expertise spans cybersecurity policy, systems architecture, and enterprise-wide strategy, positioning Help AG as a trusted partner for organizations seeking resilience in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Nikola continues to play a central role in driving innovation at Help AG, ensuring clients benefit from secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions.
Safwan Akram is the Vice President of Service Operations at Help AG, where he leads the advancement of threat intelligence, SOC innovation, and compliance strategies across the region. With more than 11 years of specialized cybersecurity experience, he is recognized as an expert in network security, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), SOC operations, and vulnerability assessments (VAPT).
Safwan has designed and implemented security frameworks for leading organizations including SASO, Solutions by STC, Sirar by STC, and Saudi Aramco. His proven track record in managing complex regulatory and compliance requirements positions him as a trusted advisor to clients across industries.
At Help AG, Safwan’s leadership is focused on developing resilient infrastructures that enable governments, enterprises, and critical industries to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats while meeting the region’s stringent regulatory requirements.
Fahad Al-Suhaimi is the Country Director for Saudi Arabia at Help AG, responsible for driving the company’s growth and strengthening its leadership in the Kingdom’s fast-evolving cybersecurity market. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, sales, business development, and marketing strategy, Fahad brings proven expertise in building high-performing teams and expanding market share in the technology sector.
Prior to joining Help AG, Fahad served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Innovative Solutions SA, where he successfully advanced the company’s growth strategy and client relationships.
In line with Saudi Vision 2030, Fahad is committed to helping enterprises, government entities, and critical industries strengthen their cybersecurity posture. He is focused on expanding Help AG’s Managed Security Services, end-to-end Zero Trust solutions, and in-country next-generation platforms to meet the Kingdom’s rapidly growing demand for trusted digital resilience.
Stephan founded Help AG Middle East in 2004, laying the foundation for its growth into the region’s leading cybersecurity services provider. Over nearly two decades, he played a pivotal role in shaping Help AG’s strategy, culture, and regional expansion.
Prior to establishing Help AG, Stephan successfully built several technology businesses across Europe, focusing on value creation, scalability, and sustainability. Before moving to the UAE, he served as Managing Director of NOXS / RISC Technology across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Nicolai Solling is the former CTO and Former Cyber Advisor at Help AG, responsible for overseeing Help AG’s professional services, support services, and technical vendor management across the region.
Being involved in the IT and network industry for over 20 years, Nicolai has been heavily involved in the design, deployment, and operation of some of the most challenging network and security infrastructures for enterprise customers across a variety of industry sectors.
He is one of the most well-known names in the industry thanks to his in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies combined with his vast experience in security solutions, integration as well as presales and design.
Soeren Kroh co-founded Help AG in 1995 alongside Christian Lumperda, laying the foundation for the company’s evolution into a leading cybersecurity services provider. From 1995 to 2001, he served as a technical consultant and trainer for several major firewall vendors, helping shape Help AG’s early technical excellence.
In 2007, Soeren led a strategic partnership with TÜV Rheinland, resulting in the establishment of TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH—a major European cybersecurity consultancy with more than 100 consultants and over $30 million in annual turnover.
In 2011, he moved to the Middle East to serve as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a key role in scaling operations and driving regional expansion. His leadership and vision continue to be part of Help AG’s legacy today.
