Stephan established Help AG ME in 2004 and has overseen the company’s phenomenal growth to date. Today, he is leading Help AG to further increase the organization’s investment, business activity and partnerships across the MEA region.
Prior to Help AG, Stephan successfully built several businesses from scratch focusing on value creation, scalability and sustainability.
Before moving to the UAE, he worked as the Managing Director of NOXS / RISC Technology across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Nicolai Solling is the Chief Technology Officer at Help AG, responsible for overseeing Help AG’s professional services, support services, and technical vendor management
across the region.
Being involved in the IT and network industry for over 20 years, Nicolai has been heavily involved in the design, deployment, and operation of some of the most challenging network and security infrastructures for enterprise customers across a variety of industry sectors.
He is one of the most well-known names in the industry thanks to his in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies combined with his vast experience in security solutions, integration as well as presales and design.
Frank joined Help AG as Finance Manager in January 2016 and is now positioned as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
In this role he oversees a wide spectrum of finance functions from financial systems to strategic partnering with the senior management team in making decisions affecting company’s growth, operations and improvements in financial reporting.
Frank has been in the accounting and finance industry for over 10 years and is passionate about developing the financial well-being of the company, creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management, which has enabled him as a company executive to formulate actionable plans to achieve the company’s objectives.
Soeren Kroh, the Chief Operations Officer at Help AG, founded the company in 1995 together with Christian Lumperda. From 1995 up until 2001, Soeren assumed the role of technical consultant for Help AG and also worked as a trainer for several firewall vendors
In 2007 Soeren took a chance to bring Help AG business to a new level by transferring the shares to one of the world’s largest technical service organizations – TÜV Rheinland, resulting in the establishment of a new corporate brand in the market – TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH with over 100 consultants and turnover of more than $30 million..
In 2011, Soeren moved to Help AG’s Middle East office as a Chief Operating Officer to use his organizational experience to secure the company’s growth and foster expansion into more territories across the Middle East.
Aleksandar is the Chief Business Officer at Help AG, leading the business development strategy, including sales, sales operations, and solution architecture.
He has worked in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a successful track record of leading and supporting sales organizations to grow revenue, introduce new technologies and services, and expand markets.
A seasoned cybersecurity and management professional with a PhD in Computer Science, Aleksandar acts as a sales leader and technology subject matter expert, focusing on solutions in the areas of network security, cloud security, data protection, identity and access management, and managed security services.
