Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic is the Acting CEO of Help AG, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall growth. Previously serving as Chief Business Officer, he played a pivotal role in shaping the business development strategy, overseeing sales, solution architecture and hyperscalers business.
Dr Valjarevic has successfully enabled organizations to grow revenues, expand into new markets, and adopt innovative technologies. He brings deep expertise spanning network and cloud security, data protection, identity and access management, and managed security services, with a proven track record across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
At the forefront of industry innovation, Dr Valjarevic is leading Help AG’s efforts to secure the digital transformation across the Middle East, from smart cities and digital government to AI and post quantum cryptography, ensuring that strategic initiatives are grounded in strong cybersecurity practices. His leadership continues to position Help AG at the cutting edge of technology while maintaining its reputation as the region’s trusted cybersecurity partner.
Holding a PhD in Computer Science, Dr Valjarevic brings together technical insight and business leadership to guide Help AG’s continued growth in the region.
Frank joined Help AG as Finance Manager in January 2016 and is now positioned as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
In this role he oversees a wide spectrum of finance functions from financial systems to strategic partnering with the senior management team in making decisions affecting company’s growth, operations and improvements in financial reporting.
Frank has been in the accounting and finance industry for over 10 years and is passionate about developing the financial well-being of the company, creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management, which has enabled him as a company executive to formulate actionable plans to achieve the company’s objectives.
Sudhir oversees the execution of the product, portfolio and service development initiatives of Help AG and is responsible to conceptualize and build state of the art cybersecurity services targeting Enterprise, Government and SMB customers. He also manages the strategic alliances and vendor partnerships initiative to drive Help AG's successful MSSP & solutions business in the UAE and regional operations.
His diverse experience cuts across sales & business development, strategic consulting & digital solutions, as well as product marketing & management. He was a founding member of e& enterprises' (formerly Etisalat Digital) foray into cybersecurity and comes with a strong marketing, technical & business foundation. He has also played a key role in the successful e& enterprise - Help AG integration, to build Help AG's future foundation as the de facto cybersecurity player in the region.
Asim Sharfuddin (Senior Vice President of Service Operations) has over 15 years of experience in driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the technology industry. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU University and a Master's in IT Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD).
Prior to his role at Help AG, Asim progressed through key leadership positions within the company, eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Service Operations. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing service delivery and operations across the UAE and KSA, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving operational efficiency. Asim’s leadership played a critical role in the growth and strategic execution of Help AG’s services across the region.
Girish Dani is the Vice President of Sales at Help AG, leading the cybersecurity business across the UAE. He drives revenue growth, aligns go-to-market strategies, and strengthens client engagement, positioning Help AG as the trusted cybersecurity partner for governments, critical industries, and enterprises.
With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT services, and telecom, Girish has held senior roles at organizations such as e& UAE, Tech Mahindra, and Patni Computer Systems amongst others. SecureSynergy, and MiEL e-Security. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), he brings deep expertise in MSSP frameworks, SOC operations, IT/OT convergence, and security advisory across diverse sectors including oil & gas, BFSI, telecom, and government.
Guided by a leadership philosophy of clarity, collaboration, and value creation, Girish is passionate about building trusted client partnerships, fostering innovation, and scaling services that deliver measurable business outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, cultural experiences, and continuous learning.
An accomplished and technically sophisticated professional, Nikola has over 10 years of extensive experience in leading key initiatives, implementing cybersecurity policies, and delivering state-of-the-art technology security solutions that mitigate risk, reduce vulnerability, and that ultimately ensure the security of IT and business services. Nikola runs the success with his team at Help AG in systems creation, architecture, design, strategy and development, possessing expertise in planning and implementation of Help AG's largescale IT/security projects.
With over 11 years of specialized experience in cybersecurity, Safwan is a recognized expert in network security, SOC operations, GRC, and VAPT. Having led critical cybersecurity initiatives for leading entities such as SASO, Solutions by STC, Sirar by STC, and Saudi Aramco, Safwan has an exceptional track record of designing and implementing robust security frameworks and managing complex compliance requirements.
As a cybersecurity leader at Help AG, Safwan drives innovative security solutions, focusing on enhancing threat intelligence, SOC advancements, and regulatory compliance strategies. His in-depth expertise enables organizations in the region to stay ahead of rapidly evolving cyber threats and build resilient infrastructures capable of protecting critical assets in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
Fahad has more than 20 years of experience in successfully driving business expansion in the technology industry across a variety of roles in project management, business development, sales, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Help AG, Al-Suhaimi held the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Innovative Solutions SA. With Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom is transforming into a digital powerhouse. As part of his role at Help AG, Al-Suhaimi is responsible for meeting the significantly increasing demand for cybersecurity through Help AG's diverse portfolio of Managed Security Services (MSS), end-to-end Zero Trust solutions, and in-country next-gen platforms.
Stephan founded Help AG Middle East in 2004, laying the foundation for its growth into the region’s leading cybersecurity services provider. Over nearly two decades, he played a pivotal role in shaping Help AG’s strategy, culture, and regional expansion.
Prior to establishing Help AG, Stephan successfully built several technology businesses across Europe, focusing on value creation, scalability, and sustainability. Before moving to the UAE, he served as Managing Director of NOXS / RISC Technology across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Nicolai Solling is the former CTO and Former Cyber Advisor at Help AG, responsible for overseeing Help AG’s professional services, support services, and technical vendor management across the region.
Being involved in the IT and network industry for over 20 years, Nicolai has been heavily involved in the design, deployment, and operation of some of the most challenging network and security infrastructures for enterprise customers across a variety of industry sectors.
He is one of the most well-known names in the industry thanks to his in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies combined with his vast experience in security solutions, integration as well as presales and design.
Soeren Kroh co-founded Help AG in 1995 alongside Christian Lumperda, laying the foundation for the company’s evolution into a leading cybersecurity services provider. From 1995 to 2001, he served as a technical consultant and trainer for several major firewall vendors, helping shape Help AG’s early technical excellence.
In 2007, Soeren led a strategic partnership with TÜV Rheinland, resulting in the establishment of TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH—a major European cybersecurity consultancy with more than 100 consultants and over $30 million in annual turnover.
In 2011, he moved to the Middle East to serve as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a key role in scaling operations and driving regional expansion. His leadership and vision continue to be part of Help AG’s legacy today.
