A practical project model has significant impact on the success of an IT-project.
The project implementation procedure for any projects of help AG in the field of information security follows the steps of our own SKIRA project model. This project model was developed together with consultants from the German Society for Project Management (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement, GPM). The use of SKIRA facilitates transparent time and process planning and helps in structuring security projects to ensure that the project goal is reached as was agreed upon with the customer. In addition to coordinating and managing the necessary resources, the project leaders of help AG also actively supervise risk management and quality control. Integrated reporting and consistent use of standardized tools guarantee the reproducibly high quality of the project result and allow the customer more time for his own coordination activities.
