Security Consultant - Security Assistance Center

Position

The Security Consultant is responsible for the proper and accurate handling of support requests of Help AG’s customers. The Engineer will receive requests by Email and Calls and handle those according to
Help AG’s support workflow including:
internal and external escalation
continuous communication with the customer
providing solution scenarios
proper and accurate use of tools (Ticket System, Time Tracking) and documentation of the tickets
follow-up on any escalations in time


The primary targets are customer-satisfaction, professionalism, accuracy and an outstanding high qualityin the work/duties. 

Required Experience

  • 2-5yrs working experience in technical Information Security
  • Experience working in a service desk environment
  • Experience working in larger-scale organizations on customer side
  • Experience working in IT-vendor environment 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment
  • Experience and the highest certifications from the following vendors: Microsoft, Juniper, Blue Coat, RSA, Ironport, F5, Symantec/PGP, BalaBit PaloAlto, Infoblox, Sourcefire, CISCO  - is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Perform ticket checks continuously
  • Apply escalation matrix activities accurately
  • Keep ticket-system up-to-date on a daily basis

Solution Architect Engineer (Pre-sales) - UAE

PositionSolution Architect Engineer's (Pre-sales) role duties involve pre-sales activities and solution architecture activities on a high technical level. Pre-sales activities cover solution presentation and proof of concept, demo, technical write-ups (RFP) soltion designs. Solution Architect Engineer should act as a trusted consultant of our customers and be able to provide review of  network and security solutions. We are looking for professionalism and accuracy.
Required Experience > 5yrs working experience in a high-level technical information security position
 Experience working in IT Consulting companies
 Experience working in large scale organizations on the customer side and/or IT vendor environment
 Experience presenting in front of large audiences (Junior IT Admins to Senior C level)
Skills

Business Development Manager - UAE

PositionThe Business Development Manager - UAE is responsible for a specific industry within the UAE market. He is responsible to identify new opportunities for help AG products and services and co-ordinates his activities with the management of help AG as well as with our vendor partners. The Business Development Manager - UAE is supported by help AG’s strong marketing activities, excellent reputation and strong references in the Middle East market as well as a by a large team of outstanding security experts. He gets in touch with target customers and introduces help AG and its product and services portfolio by phone, email and introductory meetings. The Business Development Manager - UAE is a point of contact for the customer.
Required ExperienceMinimum 5 successful years of experience in the Gulf region in IT networking or information security. Strong experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc. Experience in identifying decision-makers and stakeholders as well as in managementlevel discussions and negotiations. Experience with key Information Security tools, vendors, such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, RSA, etc.

Security Project Manager

PositionThe Security Project Manager ensures that technical and consulting projects are delivered with the highest-quality. The projects range from 10 to 100 man-days and involve several help AG consultants and customer’s personnel as well as third parties. The scope of the projects might be technical implementation as well as organizational consulting. The Security Project Manager handles multiple projects the same time and takes care of a proper communication and tasks in the project between all involved parties. 100% smooth delivery of the projects is the goal for the Security Project Manager.
Required ExperienceMinimum 5 years of total experience in Multidisciplinary IT or  IT-Infrastructure Project Management. Highly competent in Project and Stakeholder Management Evidence of completing several project life cycles with ultimate accountability and responsibility as a project manager
Skills

PositionThe Senior Security Consultant is responsible for the conduct and successful completion of consultancy projects in at least 3 of the following topics:
 ISO/IEC 27001
 ISO 22301
 ADSIC
 PCI-DSS
 ISO/IEC 20000-1
This includes the completion of business impact analyses, risk assessments and treatments, measurements, development of policies and procedures, and any other documentation to achieve compliance with the aforementioned standards. The Senior Security Consultant will lead junior team members in the project and shall be able to manage the projects conducted. The Senior Security Consultant will also be involved in business development activities.
Required Experience Minimum 5yrs working experience
 Having completed implementations of at least 3 of the following standards:  ISO/IEC 27001, BS 25999-2, ADSIC, PCI-DSS, or ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301
 Have carried out major activities and lead projects in these implementations
Skills
