| Required Experience | Minimum of 5yrs working experience, Implementation skills for ISO/IEC 27001 and BS 25999-2 in large organizations |
| Special Requirements | Working in larger-scale organizations |
| Personal Skills | • Finishing university in a technical subject related to IT, possibly IT and information security • Understanding of information security concepts, such as risk assessment and the controls in ISO/IEC 27002 • Understanding of management systems, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and BS 25999-2 • Experience in developing policies, processes and procedures, and in implementing management systems • Good communication and training skills • Being able to understand complex business processes and activities • Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements • Being able to lead staff • Being able to identify new work areas and to set new goals for himself |
| Responsibilities | • Leading consultancy projects related but not limited to ISO?IEC 2700x, PCI, BS 25999-2, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HIPAA standards • Leading project teams • interface to management • business development, developing and increasing customer contacts and supporting Marketing in planning of initiatives. • Development of initiatives , e.g. with universities, specific customer groups • Leading and educating junior staff and developing their knowledge • Gaining familiarity with the technical products in the help AG portfolio and being able to integrate this knowledge with the management system consultancy • Supporting the standardization activities • Supporting management in business development • Identifying own areas of work and further developing existing work areas in Strategic Security Consulting • transferring the knowledge achieved through the implementation of previous management systems to other, not familiar management system implementations. |
